Candela - Bespoke Villa Development

Candela is an exclusive sanctuary of four- and five-bedroom wellness villas located in the lush jungle of Tulum, offering a unique blend of bespoke design and holistic living. The project provides a land-first model where clients acquire private land and collaborate with award-winning architects to create fully tailored residences that merge contemporary design with Mayan-inspired elements.

Residents enjoy access to a curated wellness ecosystem featuring a Zen garden, movement studio, sauna, cold plunge, and nutrition bar, alongside boutique hotel services like daily housekeeping, 24/7 security, and private chef experiences. The development includes exclusive access to a private beach reserve at the entrance of Sian Ka'an, combining jungle immersion with pristine coastline amenities. With only five bespoke villas remaining, this represents a rare opportunity to design a unique asset within a community focused on restoration, connection, and balance.
