business

Parque del Jaguar serves as the official gateway to the ancient Tulum archaeological site, combining access to Mayan ruins with a vast ecological preserve. Spanning approximately 2,913 hectares, the park integrates the National Park Tulum (PNT) and the Jaguar Flora and Fauna Protection Area (APFFJ), managed by Grupo Olmeca-Maya-Mexica to ensure nature conservation alongside cultural tourism.

Visitors can explore dramatic cliff-top views of the Caribbean Sea, historic Mayan structures, and diverse wildlife including iguanas, coatis, and capybaras. The facility features an on-site museum, observation decks, and electric shuttle services designed to reduce environmental impact while navigating the expansive grounds. While parking is free at the entrance, separate fees apply for accessing the ruins and attractions, with cash-only payment required at the ticket booths.
