InfoTours Tulum - Snorkeling Tour

InfoTours Tulum operates as a tour operator near the Tulum archaeological site, offering boat trips and snorkeling excursions to the reef. The business has been active for over a decade, with reviews spanning from 2018 to 2026. Services include guided boat rides past the ruins and access to snorkeling areas where visitors may see turtles, rays, and fish. However, customer feedback is highly polarized, with numerous complaints regarding pricing discrepancies, misleading sales tactics, and safety concerns about equipment and crew qualifications. While some guests report seeing marine life and enjoying the view, others describe the experience as rushed, overpriced, or unsafe.
