Joyería Zafiro - Jewelry Store

Joyería Zafiro is a jewelry store located in Tulum, Quintana Roo, operating daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. The business offers custom rings and other jewelry items, including turquoise pieces, though recent customer feedback has raised significant concerns regarding product durability and authenticity. Multiple reviews describe items breaking easily, stones falling out shortly after purchase, and poor craftsmanship that does not withstand normal wear. While the store accepts walk-ins during its open hours, potential buyers should be aware of reported issues with return policies and material quality.
