Laura Pochez Interior - Luxury Interior Design

Laura Pochez Interior is an award-winning design studio specializing in bespoke luxury interiors for discerning investors and homeowners in Tulum. Founded on the belief that every space tells a story, Laura combines ethical craftsmanship with local artisanal production to create authentic, high-performance environments. The studio is particularly renowned for its mastery of chukum, a traditional Maya plaster that gives walls a living, aging patina rather than a static finish.

Beyond aesthetics, the firm focuses on property performance, helping vacation rentals and private homes stand out in a saturated market through distinct concepts and functional layouts. Their portfolio includes standout projects like the Leneva Loft, which earned Airbnb's "Guest Favorite" recognition, and various premium villas in Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Services span complete interior design from conception to realization, custom furniture fabrication using regional woods, and strategic home staging to maximize investment returns.
