Los Amigos de la Esquina (LADLE) is a registered nonprofit organization in Tulum dedicated to empowering Mayan and Mexican children through art, wellness, environmental education, and life skills programs. Since its founding in 2017, the organization has served over 500 children, providing a safe space for holistic development in physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.

The center offers more than 20 workshops per week, covering areas like creative expression, yoga, mindfulness, and teamwork. LADLE also runs a Family Wellbeing Program, community outreach experiences for groups of five or more, and impact events that unite locals and visitors around meaningful causes. Their "Travel with Purpose" residency program allows students and volunteers to engage in cultural exchange while supporting local initiatives.

Guided by UNICEF and United Nations standards, LADLE prioritizes child safety and dignity, maintaining strict confidentiality and code of honor protocols. The organization operates from its community center, La Esquina, located in Tulum Centro, and collaborates with partners like the Tulum Art Club and Daniel Orozco Studio to foster creativity and social transformation.
