Established in 2001 by two childhood friends from Genoa, Italy, the property offers an authentic escape that blends traditional Italian hospitality with the lush setting of the Riviera Maya. The hotel features eight distinct villa-style rooms, each with private terraces and unique layouts, designed to provide a peaceful retreat free from distraction.

Authentic Italian dining is a cornerstone of the experience, with a restaurant serving recipes passed down from the owners' grandmother in Genoa.
