PPIM Vacation Rentals - Vacation Rental Management

PPIM Vacation Rentals is a professional vacation rental management company serving the Riviera Maya, with a dedicated portfolio in Tulum. Founded on the principle of effortless management for owners and guests, they handle everything from pricing and multi-platform distribution to guest communication and daily operations. The company currently manages over 35 properties across Akumal, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Puerto Aventuras, leveraging a trusted local network for cleaning and maintenance.

Their service model emphasizes a "real host" experience rather than a call center approach, ensuring personal responsiveness from inquiry to checkout. PPIM has maintained an Airbnb Superhost track record for over four years, applying these high standards to bookings made directly or through major platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Whether managing a single condo or a growing portfolio, they provide transparent operations designed to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
