Refaccionarias Quintal Suc. Tulum - Auto Parts

Refaccionarias Quintal Suc. Tulum is a local auto parts retailer located on Av. Kukulkan, serving vehicle owners and mechanics in Tulum and the surrounding Quintana Roo region. The business stocks a wide range of replacement components, including brake pads, stabilizer bar bushings, and antifreeze, with a focus on availability for various vehicle models like Chevrolet and Hyundai. While customers note that the shop often has items in stock, reviews highlight significant inconsistencies in customer service, with reports of rude staff, slow response times, and difficulties with returns or invoicing. The location operates with extended hours on weekdays but closes early on weekends, catering to both walk-in customers and those seeking specific parts for their vehicles.
