Reyes Ríos + Larraín Studio - Interior Design

Reyes Ríos + Larraín Studio is an architecture and interior design firm that delivered the Mi Querido Tulum project, a medium-density apartment complex located in Tulum, Quintana Roo. Completed in 2017, the design targets a mid-to-high income market with a focus on community integration, individual privacy, and energy efficiency. The studio utilized organic materials like bamboo, limestone, and moisture-resistant wood alongside industrial elements such as steel and aluminum to create a durable, weather-resistant aesthetic that ages gracefully. The project features 38 apartments across three configurations, ranging from 110 to 220 square meters, set within a landscape designed to preserve existing flora while introducing endemic vegetation.
