Sofia - Sunrise Yoga & Sound Bath

Sofia is a yoga instructor and sound healer based on Potheads beach road in Tulum Beach. She leads intimate sunrise yoga flows combined with sound bath meditation, creating a grounding experience that blends mindful movement with healing tones. With over a decade of practice since childhood, Sofia focuses on the connection of body, mind, and soul, offering sessions in both English and Spanish for guests aged 5 and up. The moderate-level activity includes sunrise meditation, yoga flow, and deep relaxation using sound bowls, aromatherapy, and weighted eye masks, all set against the backdrop of the Tulum coastline.
