Sunset Tulum - Private House Rental

Sunset Tulum is a private six-bedroom house located on the beach road (Carr. Tulum-Boca Paila km 9.2), offering a practical base for groups, families, and retreats who want real bedrooms rather than standard hotel rooms. The property features four king rooms and two rooms with two queen beds, each equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, balconies, and hammocks. Guests enjoy access to a rooftop plunge pool and terrace, while the shared kitchen and social spaces facilitate group interaction. Although not beachfront, the house provides free access to nearby partner beach clubs like Dos Ceibas and Ether Tulum just 40 meters away.

Reservations can be made online via their booking engine or directly through WhatsApp, with a minimum 30% deposit required to hold dates. The property accommodates up to 16 guests when booked as a full house or individual rooms for smaller parties. Airport transfers from Tulum or Cancun are available upon request for an additional fee.
