The Pet Experience Tulum - Veterinary & Grooming

The Pet Experience Tulum is a comprehensive pet care facility located in Aldea Zama that combines veterinary services with professional grooming and a retail shop. The business operates as both a clinic and a hotel, offering boarding for pets while travelers are away. Their team provides health certificates for international travel, vaccinations, and general medical exams, alongside full-service grooming including nail trims and breed-specific haircuts. Customers frequently praise the bilingual staff (Spanish and English) for their patience and ability to handle anxious animals, though some reviews note inconsistencies in communication regarding specific travel requirements.

Beyond clinical care, the facility stocks high-quality pet food, treats, CBD products, and accessories. They also operate a dog hotel, providing a safe environment for overnight stays. While most guests report excellent experiences with the groomers and veterinarians, there are isolated reports of misdiagnosis or administrative errors regarding travel paperwork, suggesting clients should verify all travel documentation details carefully before appointments.
