The facility manages a large parking lot where visitors can leave their vehicles safely before exploring the coastal cliffs and ancient structures. Beyond parking, the site hosts a craft market, food and drink vendors, a pharmacy, and banking services for tourist convenience. The complex also promotes nearby experiences like the Tulum Tower and Huaya Camp glamping, though these are operated by partners. Visitors should note that parking fees are collected upon exit, and cash is the primary payment method accepted at the lot.
