Yulay Evobike Tulum - Electric Bicycle Store

Yulay Evobike Tulum is a dedicated retailer specializing in electric bicycles located in the heart of Tulum Centro. The shop offers a wide variety of e-bike models, ranging from affordable options to premium designs, and provides test rides for interested customers. A key differentiator is their on-site technical support; they employ a resident technician and maintain a stock of spare parts to ensure immediate service and maintenance for their customers. The business also backs its products with a one-year warranty, providing peace of mind for local riders and tourists alike. While some recent feedback highlights challenges with phone connectivity and customer service responsiveness, the store remains a primary destination for those seeking electric mobility solutions in the area.
